Owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. Because of that I switched all of my prescriptions over from two different large chain pharmacies a couple of years ago and I couldn't be happier.

I've been going to him for 15 years. Always friendly always has my meds and never makes me feel uncomfortable picking them up. Some larger pharmacies give you the side eye. Thats why I go to him. Hes caring.

I am so glad I found this place! The other large chain I was using suddenly stopped carrying the specific brand of a particular medicine that worked best for me. I tried several other pharmacies before finding MedPlus and none of them compare. The pharmacist went above and beyond to find a brand that would be comparable and cared enough to follow up with me to make sure I was satisfied. They also always greet me cheerfully by my first name whenever I come in the door!

Nytin (owner) and Merlin (tech) have become family. I do not know any other pharmacist that is more sought after by doctors for his great knowledge of medications. My doctor has even called him while I am having an examination in order to make sure my medications are both safe and effective. He makes sure that what my doctor prescribes is in stock and available when I need it. He has worked with my doctors numerous times to provide medicines that will do exactly what I need and at a price I can afford. He is honestly concerned with what is prescribed, seeing to it that it will do what my doctor wants and will not mix with another medication that I am taking that might put my overall health in danger. Then when I go to pick it up they explain to me why my doctor prescribed what he did , how to safely take it, what to expect from taking it and how long it should take before I start to see the effects. I have never experienced this level of professionalism. Walking into Med Plus is like stepping into my brother's home. I am always greeted with warmth and concern. I trust these two with more than my health and wellbeing. I recommend them highly. They are professional, caring, friendly knowledgeable and above all trustworthy. You do not get that from the "Big Box Stores." Added: 02/03/2023 Nytin has talked with me several times asking how my medications are working. And when one of my prescriptions was about to become unavailable, he was prepared with alternatives for me to present to my doctor. In so doing, I did not have to experience the problems associated with "doing without!" This is a level of professionalism that is unheard of in any marketplace. I trust these people with my life, and the lives of my loved ones. I can give no higher praise! I will not even consider another pharmacist. Thank you both Nytin (owner) and Merlin (tech).

The pharmacist Nitin, and his pharmacy tech Merlyn, are the absolute best. The customer service is second to none they’re always friendly and have a smile on their face I’ve never experienced such friendliness and a commitment to excellence at a pharmacy before. They deliver either to my home or my business depending upon where I’m located and I will not go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a fantastic experience at a pharmacy this is your last stop :-) Way to go !!! Thank you for taking care of me for the last five years. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Nytin (owner/pharmacist) and Merlyn (tech) are absolutely incredible. I feel I have been truly Blessed to have found this pharmacy!! Who knew that a big chain pharmacy literally not caring about me could lead to such a great experience? I will never go to a different pharmacy; the customer service and “family feeling” is second to none. I suggest this pharmacy to every person I meet. You won’t be disappointed … stop in and see for yourself!!

Always 5 stars , every time! My wife and I have been coming to Nitin for years now and he has NEVER let us down. He always has our medicine, fills it promptly, answering any questions and addressing any concerns. The most knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
